What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Act as a financial concierge for walk-in customers.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
