Customer Experience Banker (Cadillac, MI) 30-35 hours per week + benefits

Location: Cadillac, Michigan; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through sales processes, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
