AG Team Lead, eBay (Day Shift)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Ana, California office. Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Hourly range: $25.75–$30.29 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation.

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles, including trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Oversee daily eBay operations and maintain high standards for handling collectibles.
• Monitor team performance, track exceptions and mail flows, and report accuracy metrics.
• Set goals with supervisors and eBay leadership and facilitate team huddles.
• Coach team members, identify training needs, resolve conflicts, and support continuous learning.
• Manage inventory and cycle counts, reassign duties, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Champion company policies covering safety, attendance, security, and operational quality.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in collectibles grading or authentication, fragile-item handling, mail processing, shipping, art or antiques handling, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach and empower teams, delegate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, squatting, prolonged sitting or standing, computer use, regular hand use, and receiving or inspecting submissions.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through e-Verify.
