Senior Construction Manager (3D Printing)

Location: Based at hirify.global's headquarters in Austin, Texas, United States; travel to project sites across the US is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead constructability reviews and coordinate design, estimating, scheduling, logistics, and construction planning.
• Own RFP and procurement activities, including bid packages, trade prequalification, bid leveling, bidder communications, and buyout recommendations.
• Develop site logistics and phasing plans, including Titan printer mobilization, operation, and demobilization where 3D-printing technology is used.
• Direct field execution, supervise Superintendents, coordinate subcontractors, and manage schedule, manpower, quality, and safety performance.
• Track budgets, prepare cost-to-complete forecasts and pay applications, and manage change orders, field directives, and RFIs.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate approved submittals, RFI responses, drawing revisions, inspections, and as-built records.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field construction management experience, including at least 5 years on commercial or military projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget and leading RFP, bidding, trade qualification, and award processes.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, IBC, local codes, permitting, inspections, MEP coordination, and building envelopes.
• Experience supervising field personnel and managing multiple concurrent subcontractors.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software such as Procore, Smartsheet, or P6.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience; valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 or EM-385-1 certification.
• Experience with Type I, II, or III commercial construction, structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, or post-tensioned systems.
• Knowledge of UFC and UFGS standards and experience with government or publicly procured facilities.
• Experience with 3D printing, prefabrication, or modular construction systems.
• CCM or PMP designation; Spanish proficiency for communication with trade partners.
