Salary: $119,200–$178,800 per year, with a target midpoint of $149,000; compensation may be adjusted based on geographic differential.

hirify.global develops 3D printing technologies, including the DLS platform and Window, to support industrial manufacturing and product creation.

What you will do

• Develop pre- and post-processing technologies for the DLS platform and Window.
• Maintain and improve cleanroom manufacturing operations and assembly processes for complex mechanical systems and advanced materials.
• Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Design fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and testing optimization.
• Collaborate with Design, Systems, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on new process and product development.
• Analyze manufacturing data, investigate root causes, train technical staff, and ensure safe and environmentally compliant workflows.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, excluding internships.
• Experience using CAD tools to design fixtures and tooling.
• Ability to resolve production line downtime and non-conformances using standard root cause analysis techniques.
• Experience creating technical documentation and using statistical tools for data analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
