Sr./Staff Design Engineer (Cloud) (Taipei/Hsinchu)

What you will do

• Design mixed-signal power management integrated circuits using BiCMOS and DMOS technologies.
• Synthesize circuits from transistor and resistor level through system level, perform simulations, and supervise layout.
• Participate in the complete product development cycle from product definition through product release.
• Develop behavior models using SIMPLIS.
• Support ATE development with design-for-test methods.

Requirements

• PhD or MSEE degree.
• 3+ years of analog circuit design experience.
• Experience in analog or power management design, including buck, boost, buck-boost, high-performance LDO, switching battery charger, Vcore multi-phase controller, LED driver, or AC-DC converter design.
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• High-voltage design experience.
• Experience designing ADCs, including SAR and delta-sigma architectures, DACs, AFEs, amplifiers, or op-amps.
