What you will do

• Lead and mentor an experienced team of technologists developing advanced HV and BCD process technologies.
• Manage foundry partner relationships to drive NXP priorities, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Drive technology roadmap decisions and participate in benchmarking activities to ensure industry-leading performance.
• Act as the executive regional interface across the Greater China foundry ecosystem.
• Align with business line partners to identify optimal technology solutions and maximize R&D return on investment.
• Oversee operational effectiveness through initiatives like CMMI and lessons-learned programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical experience and expertise in Foundry Technology and Development.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing groups of engineers.
• Strong business acumen and deep technical knowledge of foundry processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively interface with global teams and foundry partners across multiple continents.
