Solution Engineer

Location: New York City, NY or Munich, Germany; 10–20% travel required

Compensation: NY base 80–90 plus bonus; Munich base 60–80 plus bonus

What you will do

• Support multiple concurrent presales projects as part of the Solution Engineering team.
• Assist presales leads with platform configuration requests.
• Travel to customer sites to support training, collect feedback, and reconfigure active engagements.
• Develop subject-matter expertise across the platform.
• Help customers digitalize next-generation R&D workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong scripting skills, including the ability to access external APIs, transform datasets, and load data into the platform.
• Interest in solving complex technical problems in a customer-facing presales role.
• Must be based in New York City, NY or Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Chinese language skills.
