Senior Technical Consultant, Partners

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Enable partner teams on hirify.global delivery processes, tools, methodologies, and solution architecture.
• Design and facilitate technical enablement workshops and create learning paths, guides, and reference materials.
• Consult with partners on active implementations, review progress, unblock issues, and advise on milestones and delivery risks.
• Support partners after go-live by helping resolve technical issues and sustain healthy deployments.
• Represent partner needs to product teams and communicate delivery progress and engagement to internal stakeholders.
• Gather partner feedback and improve enablement and delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in service delivery, with strong leadership, organization, communication, and consulting skills.
• Strong technical problem-solving, debugging, and attention-to-detail skills.
• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
• Required experience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers using APIs and SFTP.
• Required frontend coding experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for a web-based SaaS platform.
• Experience with marketing automation, CDP, or search platforms is strongly desired; backend experience with Node, Python, SQL, or BigQuery is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
• Familiarity with Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience building marketing automation use cases and supporting email warmups.
