Senior Solutions Consultant (Electric Utilities)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States, with hybrid attendance two days per week, or remote within the USA near a major airport

Annual pay range: $220,000–$260,000, including base salary and performance bonus

hirify.global provides a PreventionFirst Platform for electric utilities, combining vegetation, asset, storm, and wildfire intelligence to improve grid resilience and operational decisions.

What you will do

• Engage with prospects and customers to understand business goals, challenges, and expected outcomes.
• Architect solutions and explain how the platform integrates with mission-critical applications.
• Configure and deliver tailored demonstrations using low-code or no-code tools.
• Create customer-facing presentations, demos, proposals, and business cases aligned with the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams on strategic account initiatives and guide customers through technical questions.
• Partner with Product to incorporate customer insights into the roadmap and monitor industry and competitor trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including experience in a technical domain.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong consultative, solution-oriented, storytelling, and technical communication skills.
• Experience configuring tailored demos with low-code or no-code tools and conducting solution architecture discussions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical infrastructure industry experience is preferred but not required.
