Scientific Solution Consultant (AI Protein Design)

Location: Remote - US West Coast; requires 20–40% travel, including international travel with a passport.

What you will do

• Lead scientific and technical discovery with prospects and customers to understand their research landscape, projects, capabilities, and challenges.
• Present hirify.global’s platform and services to scientists, experimental and computational biologists, IT stakeholders, and executives.
• Develop impactful presentations, demonstrations, solutions, assets, and content tailored to customer protein engineering workflows.
• Partner with Account Executives and the Go-to-Market team throughout the buying journey, managing technical questions and objections.
• Attend relevant industry conferences and represent hirify.global to scientific and technical audiences.
• Share field insights with product and technical teams, influence the product roadmap, and mentor other Scientific Solution Consultants.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in biology, biochemistry, structural or molecular biology, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemical engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience after completing the degree, preferably in solution consulting or another customer-facing role.
• Ability to quickly understand wet-lab experimental workflows related to enzyme and therapeutic protein design.
• Strong foundation in life sciences R&D and the ability to translate technical platform capabilities into value for scientists and research organizations.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel 20–40%, including internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with scientific or informatics software such as LIMS or ELN.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing high-throughput wet-lab workflows.
• Experience with computational protein design, including AI or machine learning techniques.
