Solution Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote across any US state; domestic or international travel of up to 20% required.

hirify.global provides SaaS event-management and business-intelligence software for large enterprise clients, supporting in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

What you will do

• Configure the hirify.global platform and apply implementation best practices.
• Gather business requirements, workflows, and configuration needs from enterprise clients.
• Facilitate system design and architecture workshops with clients and solution architects.
• Train client administrators and lead project calls, demos, and implementation communications.
• Document requirements, solution designs, testing plans, milestones, estimates, risks, and issues.
• Balance multiple assignments while improving consulting tools, processes, and templates.

Requirements

• 2–7+ years of software implementation experience for Solution Consultants.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients, including complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
• Ability to design processes, measure adoption, solve problems independently, and connect solutions to business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON experience.
