What you will do

• Support daily operations at the delivery station.
• Lead and guide associates, sorters, and drivers during assigned shifts.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct team briefings and maintain safety, quality, and workplace standards.
• Identify performance or service-quality issues and communicate with transport and customer-service teams.
• Train new team members on station processes and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Reliable, hands-on approach with willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
