Warehouse Team Lead (Logistics)

Location: West Memphis, Arkansas, USA; 2nd shift warehouse role

Salary: $22.78–$27.12 per hour, plus a $1.00 per-hour shift differential

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound, internal processing, and outbound warehouse operations.
• Perform electronic layered process confirmation checks and coach hourly associates during the shift.
• Track process deviations, productivity, quality, attendance, and KPI results.
• Maintain Continuous Improvement Process boards and use hirify.global Production System problem-solving tools.
• Audit 5S activities and ensure work areas meet cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance standards.
• Lead operations in the supervisor's absence and serve as a supervisor proxy in next-tier meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical or vocational education is preferred.
• Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Good communication, teamwork, organization, basic math, reading, writing, and measuring-equipment skills.
• Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; future work-authorization sponsorship is not available.
