Supervisor, Distribution (Medical Technology)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, USA. Full-time U.S. work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Lead hourly distribution employees and establish expectations aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipments, deliveries, labeling, returns, and customer-specific requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees while managing employee relations and resolving operational or personnel conflicts.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and distribution transformation initiatives.
• Analyze process gaps and optimize consumer and reverse logistics workflows while managing resources and costs.
• Partner with planning, market units, international exports, and customer care teams to meet operational and customer targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of supply chain, distribution, or warehouse experience, including 3+ years in leadership; or an associate degree with 7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, conflict-resolution, strategic-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading teams through continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Ability to manage safety protocols, work instructions, employee timecards, and operational compliance.
• Must already have full-time authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience driving distribution transformation and delivering measurable results.
