Supervisor, Distribution - 2nd Shift (Medical Technology)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, USA; onsite, 2nd shift. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to an hourly distribution workforce, including coaching, mentoring, performance expectations, and employee development.
• Oversee receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, deliveries, customer-specific labeling, returns, and distribution systems for finished goods.
• Drive change management, continuous improvement, process optimization, and distribution transformation initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, resolve operational and personnel conflicts, and foster accountability, collaboration, engagement, and innovation.
• Allocate resources, monitor stock levels, approve timecards, support supply procurement, and control operational costs.
• Partner with market units, planning, international exports, and customer care while managing safety protocols and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, organizational, consensus-building, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of supply chain, distribution, or warehouse experience, including 3 or more years in leadership; or an associate degree plus 7 or more years of relevant experience, including 4 or more years in leadership.
• Results-driven mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
