Revenue Economics Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States; on-site at least four days per week

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and review proformas for organic and existing deals across the national portfolio.
• Develop underwriting models using internal and external data to support go-to-market strategy.
• Quantify the business impact of hirify.global technology and create clear business cases.
• Partner with sales and operations leaders on underwriting and asset-management best practices.
• Stress-test asset performance across macroeconomic and microeconomic scenarios.
• Automate revenue workflows and deliver analyses, reports, and recommendations that support growth.

Requirements

• Experience working across complex sales cycles and revenue workflows.
• Progressive accounting and finance experience, including reviewing and interpreting P&L statements.
• Strong financial modeling and data synthesis skills using visualization platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.
