Deal Desk & Pricing Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Manage pricing and deal requests from early sales discovery through final commercial alignment.
• Design pricing structures, review nonstandard terms, and route deals through approval processes.
• Analyze deployment complexity, connected systems, support needs, cloud costs, discounts, margins, and payment terms.
• Build and improve pricing models, financial tools, and the pricing calculator.
• Provide input on packaging and pricing for large deployments, new customer types, and nonstandard use cases.
• Improve deal workflows through standardized templates, automation, and Salesforce or CPQ enhancements.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Deal Desk, pricing, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy.
• Experience supporting sales teams with complex or nonstandard commercial opportunities.
• Experience building, using, or improving pricing and financial models.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working in Salesforce and understanding of commercial terms, margin impact, payment terms, and cash-flow timing.
• Clear communication, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience pricing an all-inclusive platform or services-enabled software.
• Experience partnering directly with Product.
• Experience improving Salesforce or CPQ configurations and deal-routing automation.
• Experience at a larger technology company with established commercial practices.
