Technical Senior Revenue Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (U.S.)

Salary: $112,000–$156,000 annual total compensation

What you will do

• Apply ASC 606 consistently by analyzing complex deals and contract modifications.
• Complete month-end close activities, including revenue recognition, journal entries, and management reporting.
• Maintain technical accounting memoranda and revenue policies.
• Prepare and assess technical revenue workbooks and analyze revenue fluctuations.
• Identify and implement automation improvements for technical revenue assessments.
• Lead revenue audit support and SOX control documentation.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of revenue accounting experience in the SaaS or technology industry and/or public accounting.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote option, or work from the San Francisco location.

Nice to have

• NetSuite or Salesforce experience.
• Experience with automation or AI tools such as Claude, Alteryx, Domo, or Google Apps Script.
• CPA certification.
