GTM Strategy and Operations Leader (AI)

Location: San Francisco or New York; remote available for exceptional U.S.-based candidates who can travel regularly to work with the team

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually for Tier 1 cities, plus equity

What you will do

• Build the commercial operating system across planning, forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Develop segmentation, coverage models, territory design, account allocation, capacity planning, and resource decisions.
• Own CRM architecture, commercial data models, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
• Establish scalable deal desk and SOW processes covering pricing, approvals, contract support, and handoffs to delivery and Finance.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows for account research, forecasting, reporting, deal execution, and productivity.
• Create GTM playbooks, operating cadences, and onboarding infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a closely related function.
• Experience building commercial infrastructure from the ground up in an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
• Ability to combine strategy, analysis, process design, and hands-on systems implementation.
• Experience leading forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and executive business reviews.
• Strong command of CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, spreadsheets, and modern GTM systems.
• Excellent judgment, cross-functional instincts, and the ability to turn complex information into clear decisions and scalable processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled GTM workflows, including agents, automated reporting, or LLM-powered account research.
• Experience supporting technically complex or life sciences enterprise sales.
• Experience scaling a GTM operations function from early stage through growth.
