GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate

Location: New York City; onsite, 4–5 days per week

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Own projects that improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and customer expansion outcomes.
• Work with account executives, customer success managers, and clients to refine value communication, ROI delivery, and competitive differentiation.
• Design scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, onboarding, and post-sale success.
• Advise Sales and Product leadership on roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
• Build reporting, forecasting, and process-optimization rhythms for the GTM organization.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally.
• Strong presentation-building skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable.
• Clear, direct communication with executives and customers.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
