Senior Executive Strategic Operations Analyst

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States of America; four days onsite at Seneca One Buffalo with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Salary: $89,600.00–$149,300.00 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder roles.
• Structure ambiguous business problems, clarify priorities, organize workstreams, and establish practical paths forward.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to identify trends, risks, gaps, and insights for decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, status updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, expectations, project performance, execution risks, issues, change controls, and corrective actions.
• Support strategic transformation, process improvement, change management, reporting, audit actions, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of proven project management experience, or at least 8 years of combined higher education and work experience including 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects, initiatives, or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders or functional areas.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations, presentations, and executive-level updates.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, problem-solving, independent-working, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work four days onsite in Buffalo, New York, with one work-from-home day per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, technology, operations, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with strategic transformation, organizational change, process improvement, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, or matrixed organizations.
