Associate Manager Project Management (Insurance)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee customer-facing software implementation, migration, upgrade, and custom projects.
• Manage multiple small and mid-sized projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Maintain milestone plans, schedules, status updates, meeting minutes, action items, and project documentation.
• Track forecasts, actuals, revenue, billing, project hours, invoices, and contract compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and scope changes.
• Coordinate customers, technical resources, internal teams, and stakeholders while guiding project delivery.

Requirements

• Five or more years of project management experience, preferably managing multiple customer software projects concurrently.
• Experience delivering software implementation, upgrade, migration, or IT projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience using MS Project and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of project planning, budget tracking, forecasting, risk and issue management, change control, quality assurance, and delivery governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours when required; occasional travel may be required.

• Experience with insurance, claims software, or claims administration.
• Experience contributing to process, template, and procedural improvements.
