What you will do

• Develop and manage integrated materials planning processes covering make-versus-buy decisions, capacity, scheduling, inventory, materials, and costs.
• Analyze customer demand, sales forecasts, and historical usage to create build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans.
• Establish processes for inventory forecasting, purchasing, material control, and production scheduling.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships, cost, quality, delivery, and supplier scorecards.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, machining, and assembly operations to achieve on-time delivery and cost-reduction targets.
• Manage budgets, resources, multiple related teams, and cross-functional operational decisions.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of materials management and related operational disciplines.
• In-depth understanding of how materials management integrates with the wider business function.
• Experience identifying and resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ability to select, evaluate, and manage employees.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
