Global Supply Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base salary annually, depending on experience, level, and business need; discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Own and improve capacity planning processes, models, and reporting across product lines and manufacturing partners.
• Translate demand forecasts and SIOP outputs into resource-constrained production plans that account for lead times, yield, equipment, and labor constraints.
• Build multi-scenario capacity models and maintain an 18-month rolling capacity forecast for product ramps and changing customer demand.
• Develop ETL pipelines and API-based integrations using data from Databricks, Oracle, Excel, and other internal or external sources.
• Create Power BI dashboards, heatmaps, and automated reports covering shortages, capacity constraints, inventory, WIP, and recovery plans.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Business Units to resolve bottlenecks, support NPI ramps, and communicate schedule risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation, pipeline development, ETL workflows, and large datasets.
• Proficiency in Power BI or an equivalent dashboarding and data visualization platform.
• Experience with Databricks, Oracle, or similar database and cloud data platforms, plus API-based data ingestion.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work cross-functionally while solving complex planning and capacity problems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP PP/DS, OMP, or other advanced planning systems.
• Knowledge of finite capacity planning, constraint modeling, SIOP/S&OE, NPI programs, product ramps, or pilot manufacturing readiness.
• Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain operations, including foundries, OSAT, ATE, substrates, and packaging.
• Experience with multi-site capacity balancing, supplier allocation scenarios, planning tool deployment, and user adoption.
