What you will do

• Manage supplier safety, quality, and site MQI closure performance, including leading 8D work with suppliers.
• Drive manufacturing availability performance across limiting toolsets in partnership with factory modules.
• Liaise with factory leadership to improve cost structures and identify savings opportunities in local factory operations.
• Conduct cost control, process optimization, and production yield studies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish control standards, define KPIs, and monitor performance for supply chain operations.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers to drive site-wide improvements and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field with 4+ years of experience, OR PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, or supplier management.
• Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, model-based problem solving (MBPS), and KPI development.
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive supplier accountability and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
