IT Automation & Systems Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device provisioning across the company’s tool stack.
• Build lightweight internal tools using low-code platforms, custom scripts, APIs, Python, or AI-assisted coding.
• Integrate and orchestrate systems into a clean, automated IT environment.
• Own role- and group-based access structures and improve permission management.
• Support IT security initiatives, including firewall configuration, device policies, and security best practices.
• Document systems and create scalable IT processes for company growth.

Requirements

• Experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or IT operations in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Automation-first mindset and preference for building systems instead of manually executing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to script or build internal tools using Python, APIs, low-code tools, or AI-assisted coding.
• Understanding of identity and access management, SaaS ecosystems, and modern cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security fundamentals and structured permission concepts.
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
