Influencer Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and equity

What you will do

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with creators, talent agencies, and MCNs.
• Execute growth strategies to expand social channel performance and monetization across TikTok, Meta, X, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Source and negotiate content partnerships, campaigns, and affiliate programs.
• Analyze engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics and optimize campaign strategies.
• Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams while building a pipeline of partner opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator marketing.
• Experience working with creators or agencies.
• Proven ability to form long-term partnerships and drive measurable growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Proactive mindset, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and ability to leverage AI to improve work efficiency.
