What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market and brand strategies for technical and enterprise audiences.
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement.
• Craft positioning and messaging with founders and technical teams for AI and data offerings.
• Create case studies, whitepapers, presentations, press releases, and other marketing content.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and online communities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or growth at a B2B or technical company.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and foundation models.
• Experience creating positioning and messaging for technical audiences.
• Proven experience launching and scaling measurable marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on approach, independent execution, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup or research lab environment.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, software, or data infrastructure marketing.
• Experience marketing products or services to AI labs or technical researchers.
• Familiarity with developer-focused or open-source marketing.
• Background in technical writing or communications.
