What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Google Ads program, including account structure, bidding, and experiment roadmaps.
• Launch and scale new paid channels including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Brief and test creative assets, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with external support.
• Maintain a rapid feedback loop between creative performance and campaign optimization.
• Shape product, brand, and content strategy to drive growth for both consumer and B2B clients.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience running paid acquisition across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of building marketing channels from zero.
• Strong understanding of high-quality creative and copy that drives conversion.
• Hands-on experience with conversion measurement and analytics.
• Ability to analyze CAC, payback, and LTV metrics independently.
• Must be able to work on-site in Brooklyn, New York.
