Senior Manager, Technical Operations (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Build and improve operational processes for the Sales Engineering organization and complex enterprise technical pre-sales motions.
• Create scalable workflows for POCs, evaluations, demos, technical validation, customer readiness, and onboarding support.
• Coordinate technical initiatives across Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, GSS, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, forecasting processes, QBR materials, and executive reporting.
• Improve Salesforce hygiene, technical engagement tracking, automation, AI-enabled workflows, data quality, and process governance.
• Support capacity planning, territory alignment, technical coverage, strategic accounts, and organizational scaling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering Operations, Program Management, or related operational roles.
• Experience supporting Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise infrastructure organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise hardware, storage, AI infrastructure, cloud, or data center environments.
• Experience creating scalable processes and driving cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building dashboards, operational reporting, KPI frameworks, and working with Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure, HPC, enterprise storage, GPU infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with POC management, technical validation workflows, and enterprise solution design.
• Experience supporting global technical organizations.
• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational tooling modernization.
• Experience in high-growth or transformation-stage technology companies.
