Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of very large, complex, high-risk internal projects spanning one or multiple regions.
• Manage project finances, budgets, forecasts, scope, cost, quality, communication, and escalations.
• Develop project plans, estimates, specifications, flowcharts, status reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate product management and engineering teams from requirements definition through implementation.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and recommend departmental or process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, solve complex business problems, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience, preferably in project management, hirify.global Services business units, global projects, or a related field.
• Experience with project management, financial management, risk management, process improvement, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, data analysis, KPIs, billing, auditing, procurement, and Microsoft Project.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
