Production Support Associate (Robotics)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of a 3D printer fleet, including part extraction, build plate restoration, and hardware resets.
• Clean and surface-finish robotic components for integration.
• Perform incoming and post-production quality inspections of parts and assemblies.
• Organize assembly kits and provide mechanical engineers and technicians with required sub-assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Monitor stock levels of critical parts and consumables.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, software interfaces, and evolving production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex standard operating procedures.
• Comfort using basic hand tools for machine maintenance and part post-processing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move production components.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory tracking, kitting lists, and multitasking.
