Fullstack AI Engineer

Location: San Francisco (On-site)

Salary: $175,000 – $300,000

hirify.global is building the data and infrastructure layer for taste, aiming to improve AI judgment and creativity.

What you will do

• Craft agent harnesses, memory, and self-improvement loops.
• Design evaluation pipelines and synthetic data generation systems.
• Create embedding and retrieval infrastructure that scales to millions of requests.
• Build crawling and scraping systems for visual data across the web.
• Set up inference serving and APIs for client-facing products.
• Ship internal data operations tools and external gamified product experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Proven experience building at early-stage companies (pre-seed to Series C).
• Real-world AI building experience, including shipping agent systems and working with LLMs.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, undefined problem spaces.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and a desire to invent new infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Open source contributions or personal projects demonstrating curiosity.
• Background at creative companies like Figma, Notion, Canva, Adobe, or Runway.
• Experience with index building, crawling, or data-heavy platforms.
