Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in NYC, NY, five days a week at the Flatiron District, Manhattan office

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 USD per year

hirify.global is a seed-stage AI-native startup building an enterprise IT service and configuration management platform using AI, graph-based architecture, and design.

What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy user-facing features and backend APIs end to end.
• Work across frontend, backend, and database layers while helping define the technology stack.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into IT service management workflows.
• Build performant, secure, and scalable services for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, product, and design on infrastructure and user experience.
• Improve developer productivity through internal tooling, code quality, CI/CD, security, and compliance practices.

Requirements

• Experience in fullstack engineering or end-to-end software ownership in SaaS products serving enterprise customers.
• Frontend experience with React, Vue, Angular, or a similar modern framework, including design systems and performant UI development.
• Backend proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, C++, or a similar modern language, with experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; graph or other non-relational database experience is beneficial.
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and a pragmatic, product-driven approach.

• Experience integrating AI or LLM capabilities into applications.
• Exposure to IT service management or enterprise workflows.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1.
