VP, Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: United States; remote-first role supporting team members across the U.S. and Canada.

Salary: $275,000–$320,000 starting salary, plus a target 35% annual bonus and competitive equity.

What you will do

• Own and evolve recruiting strategy in line with business priorities and headcount plans.
• Build a recruiting function that improves hiring speed, quality, predictability, and candidate experience.
• Redesign the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer.
• Define and launch the employer brand and EVP with Marketing.
• Establish structured interviewing frameworks, competency models, interviewer calibration, and shared accountability for hiring quality.
• Own the talent acquisition technology strategy, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of recruiting tools and AI workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading recruiting functions at the VP level.
• Experience improving or rebuilding talent acquisition functions, processes, tooling, hiring speed, and quality.
• Hands-on experience implementing and evaluating AI recruiting tools or workflows.
• Experience building or significantly evolving employer brand and EVP in partnership with Marketing.
• Strong command of modern recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, or equivalent.
• Experience advising senior leaders on headcount planning, hiring tradeoffs, and talent-market conditions in high-growth or evolving environments.
