What you will do

• Support and progressively own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles for the growing Lisbon team.
• Source, engage, evaluate, and guide candidates through the hiring process while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical roles, engineering teams, technology stacks, and hiring objectives.
• Explore and apply AI tools and new approaches to sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations.
• Maintain recruiting templates, coordinate interviews, and keep the applicant tracking system up to date.
• Represent hirify.global at local technology events, build a professional network, and nurture candidate relationships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a talent-adjacent role.
• Genuine interest in technology, software teams, and current AI trends.
• Hands-on willingness to explore and use new AI technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity, ambition, coachability, and commitment to improving recruiting standards and candidate experience.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, especially Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or alternative sourcing tools.
• Work experience using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
