AI Solution Architect – ERP / EAM

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to apply hirify.global Loops, digital workers, and agentic AI within ERP and EAM workflows.
• Support strategic customer opportunities and conversations, translating business processes into practical solution opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams on process mapping, solution design, and capability definition.
• Work with engineering on validation, feasibility assessment, and pre-release pressure-testing.
• Communicate product and process implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research ERP/EAM trends and Industrial AI advances while enabling internal teams.

Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on depth across the hirify.global ERP portfolio, including financials, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and project-based operations.
• Practical experience with hirify.global Cloud and/or hirify.global Applications at functional and process level.
• Detailed ERP and EAM business-process and sub-process knowledge; familiarity with hirify.global EAM is strongly preferred.
• Experience with customer-facing implementation projects and leading ERP solution development.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, sales leaders, and senior customer stakeholders, including C-level customers.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications and excellent communication skills.
