AI Solutions Architect (Agentic AI)

Location: London, onsite; office attendance Monday through Thursday is required, with travel across the US and Europe for prospect meetings and events.

What you will do

• Own the technical thread across enterprise sales opportunities, partnering with account executives and founders.
• Build tailored demos and proofs of value based on customer workflows, requirements, and data.
• Lead technical discussions covering architecture, integrations, security, and deployment within customer environments.
• Assess integration feasibility and technical complexity in real time.
• Engage technical and business stakeholders ranging from HR and IT Operations to CTOs, AI leaders, and CFOs.
• Create repeatable demo, technical enablement, and proof-of-value systems while feeding customer insights back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical SaaS role.
• Strong technical depth in architecture, integrations, and enterprise customer environments.
• Strong enterprise integration knowledge across APIs, SSO, MCP, and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems, including prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation, or agent orchestration.
• Customer-facing credibility and executive presence, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in the London office Monday through Thursday and travel across the US and Europe as required.
