Location: Newbury, Berkshire, United Kingdom; hybrid work with a required minimum number of onsite days per week
Salary: Β£120,000βΒ£165,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive

What you will do
- Lead the UKI and Nordics Advanced Surgery business across multiple countries with full P&L accountability.
- Drive sustainable growth, profitability, pricing discipline, contract optimization, and predictable business performance.
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, performance management, pipeline rigor, and market execution.
- Manage, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed organization of approximately 40 employees, including Medical Affairs and Clinical Specialists.
- Build partnerships with hospital leaders, clinicians, KOLs, procurement bodies, value analysis committees, NHS structures, HSE, and Nordic regional authorities.
- Drive evidence-based adoption of the Advanced Surgery portfolio while ensuring regulatory, legal, compliance, governance, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Proven multi-country commercial leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management, value-based selling, pricing, tenders, and centralized procurement environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical capability, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple countries and navigate complex matrixed organizations.
- Bachelorβs degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
