What you will do

• Lead complex AI transformation programs for major banking clients, from initial strategy to software delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite banking leaders as a strategic advisor.
• Drive revenue growth by shaping software designs, commercial pitches, and technical demonstrations.
• Elevate the company's industry profile by articulating differentiated banking propositions in media and forums.
• Oversee the delivery of a high-quality client portfolio, guiding multidisciplinary teams through complexity.
• Mentor and develop colleagues through direct line management and fostering a collegial culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK
• Deep industry knowledge of banking, having previously worked within the sector.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex transformation programs involving data, technology, or AI.
• Commercial mindset with experience hitting revenue targets and growing accounts.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant academic or professional background in finance, economics, or a related field.
