Superintendent, CSA

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States. Full-time, site-based role.

What you will do

• Lead civil, structural, and architectural field execution for a new mission-critical data center build from mobilization through turnover.
• Supervise grading, excavation, underground utilities, stormwater systems, roadways, foundations, structural concrete, tilt-wall or precast erection, and structural steel.
• Drive building envelope, roofing, exterior skin, doors, hardware, interior finishes, water-tightness milestones, finish work, and punch phases.
• Own three-week look-ahead planning, constraint identification, manpower reviews, daily trade coordination, and schedule recovery proposals.
• Enforce safety and first-time quality for excavation, crane and rigging operations, work at height, concrete operations, embeds, anchor bolts, and structural tolerances.
• Maintain daily reports, progress quantities, photo documentation, RFIs, field issue resolution, and as-built records.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field supervision experience on heavy civil, structural concrete, or large industrial/commercial building projects.
• Deep knowledge of earthwork, foundation systems, concrete placement, tilt-wall or precast erection, structural steel, QA/QC, and special inspections.
• Ability to sequence sitework and vertical construction to protect downstream MEP and equipment-set milestones.
• Strong command of three-week look-ahead planning, manpower review, and subcontractor coordination.
• Safety leadership on high-risk CSA work, including excavation, cranes, and work at height; OSHA 30 is preferred.
• Experience with Procore, ACC, or similar construction management platforms and full CSA drawing packages.

Nice to have

• Data center, semiconductor, or other mission-critical construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
