What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between ’s robotics operations team and solar EPC site management.
- Integrate robotic workflows into EPC master schedules and daily site activities.
- Manage robot assignments, site preparation, material staging, and work quality.
- Enforce construction safety protocols, lead tailgate meetings, and support OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate robotics fleet logistics, including staging areas, charging or fueling, and material deliveries.
- Track robotic output, maintain daily logs, and report site conditions and integration blockers.
Requirements
- Experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, or similar role in commercial or utility-scale solar construction.
- Strong understanding of solar EPC scheduling, workflows, and site management practices.
- Experience with construction safety protocols and hazard prevention.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with robotics operators, EPCs, and construction crews.
- Tech-forward approach and enthusiasm for integrating automation into construction environments.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at various US construction locations.
Nice to have
- Experience operating or managing pile drivers, automated trenchers, or other advanced heavy construction machinery.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience introducing new technologies, tools, or operational software on construction sites.
