Superintendent, CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)

Location: Paducah, Kentucky, United States; onsite field operations

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Direct daily civil, structural, and architectural field activities to maintain workflow, scope, sequence, and quality.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for timely construction execution.
• Partner with design engineering teams on constructability, drawings, specifications, and upcoming scopes.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and support milestone tracking, change management, and cost awareness.
• Enforce site safety programs, conduct toolbox talks and inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate quality inspections, resolve RFIs and field conflicts, and maintain daily reports, progress photos, and manpower records.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple complex subcontractor work packages and make clear decisions with partial information.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability through prior projects, completed work, technical accomplishments, or portfolio evidence.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

• Experience in fast-paced engineering or highly technical environments.
• Resourcefulness when delivering under tight timelines or budget constraints.
