Construction Site Superintendent II

Location: Reno, Nevada; full-time, on-site

What you will do

• Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, workforce productivity, sequencing, and coordination.
• Coordinate project startup, mobilization, site logistics, equipment, materials, and long-lead procurement.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with Project Managers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, plans, specifications, and budget-impacting field issues.
• Conduct site inspections, coordination meetings, safety walkthroughs, and maintain project documentation.
• Lead punch list completion, inspections, closeout activities, and communication with owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of construction field experience, including 3+ years supervising field operations.
• Commercial or multifamily construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, mentoring, and subcontractor-management skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred or ability to obtain; a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
