Distribution Coordinator Team Leader

Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts, United States; onsite warehouse and manufacturing environment

Salary: $26.51–$44.18 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily distribution team activities and ensure customer requirements are met on time and to quality standards.
• Organize, prioritize, and assign work to support efficient material flow.
• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities while maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials against purchase orders and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare materials and documentation for shipment, including packaging and final shipment coordination.
• Support warehouse operations by stocking materials, preparing production kits, and operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to organize, schedule, and assign work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating and providing day-to-day direction to team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work requiring standing, positioning, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and clearly.
