What you will do
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing long-term goals with near-term releases.
- Clear engineering roadblocks, fill knowledge gaps, and keep product delivery on schedule.
- Lead product strategy and structured engineering work streams across development goals.
- Support UI/UX and engineering teams in documenting product designs and validate implementation fidelity.
- Communicate plans, progress, goals, and roadblocks through reporting artifacts for stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging software tools and technology capabilities for product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project, product, or program management.
- Technical or engineering background with a BS, MS, PhD, or related degree in a deeply technical field.
- Experience applying waterfall, agile, Kanban, and other project or program management methodologies.
- Strong communication, strategic planning, documentation, user story, and test case skills.
- Experience shipping products in complex team environments and collaborating with UI/UX, frontend, backend, sales, and customer success teams.
- Passion for human-centered design, sustainability, and green building.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of architecture, energy modeling, or building design tools such as EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, Sefaira, Insight360, or similar software.
- Experience designing mixed-methodology research and mapping qualitative data to quantitative data.
- Experience using synthesis to drive impactful insights.
