Technical Program Manager

Location: Golden, Colorado, United States; hybrid workplace. Quarterly travel between offices is required, and relocation assistance may be available when applicable.

What you will do

• Coordinate workload management, program delivery, and cross-functional execution for Cloud, Test, and Space Infrastructure teams.
• Support on-call scheduling across global time zones.
• Own Infrastructure team ways of working and ensure processes follow required standards.
• Maintain the internal risk register and manage escalations across program and cross-functional deliveries.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Operations, Solutions, Product Engineering, and other functions to improve engineering efficiency and satellite operations reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in software and service operations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience facilitating Agile development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methods.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop processes for operational challenges and automate where possible.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, written, and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-facing materials.
• Ability to travel at least once per quarter for cross-office collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in the space industry, technology startups, or organizations building both hardware and software.
• Experience working with international teams across time zones.
• Product management experience or close collaboration with product teams.
• Experience with Python, automation, scripting, or metric generation in software engineering environments.
