Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise Agentic AI deployments from SOW kickoff through production go-live and hypercare.
- Lead delivery pods of Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects, coordinating technical design and integration.
- Serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders (VP/SVP level), translating technical complexity into business impact.
- Manage integration workstreams across enterprise systems and third-party platforms to ensure scalable design.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to manage project plans, RAID logs, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams during pre-sales to support scoping, resource estimation, and SOW development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, or consulting.
- Proven track record as the sole delivery owner for complex enterprise deployments with multiple integrations.
- Strong technical credibility to lead integration architecture discussions and challenge implementation approaches.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify employer).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or enterprise AI deployments.
- Knowledge of CCaaS technologies (Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya) and APIs.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications.
- Experience working with GSIs, SIs, or BPOs.
