Technical Program Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: New York Office or remotely in the USA

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD annual OTE, including base salary and performance-based variable compensation

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise agentic AI deployments from SOW kickoff through design, integration, UAT, production go-live, and hypercare.
• Own delivery scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Architects, product, sales, solution engineering, support, and external implementation partners.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for enterprise customers, executive sponsors, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, executive updates, UAT reviews, and go-live readiness discussions.
• Improve delivery governance, documentation, runbooks, operational processes, and scalable TPM practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or work from the New York office.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services, or customer implementations.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments involving integrations, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, organization, and issue-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or enterprise AI deployments.
• Exposure to CCaaS platforms and enterprise integrations such as Genesys, Five9, NICE, or Avaya.
• Experience with pre-sales scoping, SOW development, resource estimation, or delivery planning.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications.
• Experience with SIs, GSIs, BPOs, or multi-region enterprise delivery programs.
