Technical Program Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery health, roadmap milestone tracking, confidence reporting, and recovery planning for at-risk programs.
• Manage cross-team and platform dependencies while aligning scope, sequencing, and engineering capacity.
• Lead release readiness reviews, Go/No-Go decisions, risk tracking, and launch coordination.
• Design and optimize Jira workflows, delivery dashboards, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate delivery communications across Product, Engineering, Platform, Support, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Present delivery health updates, risk heatmaps, and mitigation plans to senior leadership while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, delivery leadership, consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience working with multi-team SaaS and on-premise product environments.
• Experience managing complex enterprise software releases, preferably in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technical release details.
• Advanced Jira proficiency, including workflow configuration, dashboards, and reporting automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Agile or SAFe certification.
• Experience using AI tools to automate delivery workflows, detect risk patterns, and improve release documentation.
