Lead Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Run the deployment program across all sites, managing schedules, dependencies, and escalations.
• Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions for parallel infrastructure builds.
• Build and maintain program reporting systems that provide leadership with accurate risk assessments and timelines.
• Lead and mentor the Technical Program Manager (TPM) team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA
• Proven experience running multi-site infrastructure programs as a lead TPM.
• Demonstrated ability to make and enforce sequencing decisions between competing projects.
• Experience building and leading high-performing TPM teams.
• Trusted track record of accurate program reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center deployment programs.
• Knowledge of hardware supply interfaces.
• Experience building program tooling and executive reporting structures.
